We offer a Free Consultation, not as a gimmick or a selling ploy, but so that we can gain sufficient understanding of your business' unique situation - it's market, it's competitors, it's needs, it's opportunities and more. Only by understanding your business can we ensure that we design a website that fits your business and works for it.

Our Free Consultation consists of the following steps:

1. Consultation Interview - usually this will take place by telephone. Our business analyst, who knows how to communicate without jargon, will call you at a pre-arranged time to discuss your business with you. He has a series of questions to ask that will help him build an understanding of your business. Some of the questions will draw out facts, some of the questions will be drawing on your feelings, vision, goals, tastes, etc.
2. Website Options Report - you will usually receive a Website Options Report within 2 working days after the Consultation Interview (if your business situation is more complex this can be extended up to 5 working days). The options report will set out our recommendations for your business. Each of the options is fully explained and costed, enabling you to give careful consideration to how best to invest your money.
3. Consultation Review - when we send the options report to you, we will arrange an appointment to call you to discuss the report - usually a day or two later. This gives you the chance to ask any further questions that you have and enables us to find out what you think of our options. Be assured, we do not hard-sell or attempt to pressurise you at all in this. We trust that the quality and good-value of our options will be sufficient.
